Static satellite broadband - An architect working from home contacted GCTL enquiring about possibilities of broadband connection for his farm house in the north of England. Satellite broadband systems are totally independent from any terrestrial infrastructure and therefore it was only our customer who needed to inform the local council of the intention of installing a satellite dish at his property. After permission was gained, GCTL placed a satellite dish in an enclosed part of rear garden with masked cabling going to the main house, while the whole equipment is located inside the property.
