They contacted their outsourced IT company for advice, who then contacted GCTL regarding the Standby Satellite System installation...

The main purpose of installing a standby satellite system is the infrastructure security and business continuation in areas where broadband is still not reliable. It is an automated  backup system for your ADSL connection failure, built into your network structure, to take over when your ISP experiences problems.

Our system is now part of their IT infrastructure with Cisco router switching to regular BT internet provision whenever it is back on and seamlessly switching back to satellite broadband whenever the standard connection fails. This way, there are no “downtime” and business can go as smoothly as ever before, or even better...
