Temporary solution was implemented and full advice on improvements was given to eliminate the same problems in the future. Initially, the company rejected the re-design proposal, however after 2 weeks when the problem re-occured, GCTL was asked to implement the suggested solution, which included establishing:
- secure tunnels between Head Office and branches,
- dial-in VPN for remote workers,
- splitting data & voice channels
- QoS implementation on border routers
After the solution was implemented, staff training, and a week-long test run, GCTL was contacted by the main director who not only expressed his gratitude for professional delivery, but also recommended our services within the industry.
